I've been to this location numerous times and I haven't had many if any complaints about this establishment. The service is good the food is good and at a fairly reasonable price. My most recent experience was this past Saturday October 3rd. Celebrating my mother's birthday as it was coming to an end I decided to get everyone some food from Millers. A place to order in advance so all we would have to do is pick up the food. We arrived got the food and check the food. Upon checking the food I noticed one of the entree was missing salmon that comes with the entree. There was also another entree that only had three pieces of broccoli on an adult size entree. I informed the staff. One of the employees assistant in trying to resolve the issue. So they were not really helpful. Insisting that the salmon for the pasta I ordered that I've ordered numerous times from this location. Was separate and placed in a separate container inside of the bag. As if I wouldn't have checked this before bringing us to their attention. Besides the salmon pasta entree places the pasta in salmon in the same container. I have yet to come across it present it any other way since ordering it from The Miller's establishments. Regardless eventually I was able to speak with manager on duty Chris. Very helpful, seems like a good guy and he was able to resolve the issue. I'm grateful for Chris intervening because it was the final thing before the day ended as we we're celebrating my mother's birthday. It was a good day, did not want the final step of picking up food. Even though we ate already to be the thing that dampers the evening and fortunately that wasn't the case. I'm grateful and this encounter along with the numerous times I've been here previously. I would recommend this Miller's Ale House for sure.
