Delicious Steaks in Champions Gate

The steak fajita was sizzling fresh and amazing. My server Jordan is very personable, responsive and attentive. The beer got here fast the steak fajita got here faster and just as medium as I ordered it. They screen the main games too. Very positive experience. My only puzzle is I ordered a hazy IPA but got a regular one. I think the kegs got lost in translation.

Food was okay not very flavorful atleas not the big red very plain but I do know my family enjoyed their steaks which is great. Our waiter was very nice and pleasant at first but towards the end his attitude changed he didn't check on us at all and we waited until the end when we were leaving to get my kids a refill which at that point we just took to go. His focus was on bartending which great I get you want to earn your tips but if your multi tasking make sure your still being attentive to your other tables too. Overall not bad just a bit of improvement there. He wasn't rude or anything just lost track of his other tables

10/2/26 Another wonderful job for our party of 6!! Service, meal pacing, and food quality were all top shelf. Another Just WOW! ___________________________ Another great job for my wife and I! Edit 1/26/24: Miles, the kitchen manager, apologized for the cold steak dish, asked us to try again, AND gave us a gift card to smooth out the next visit. So, we took guests today for a long lunch...the full deal over a 3 hour period. EVERYTHING was perfect! Jake gave us great service, and the food? Just WOW! Beautiful recovery, and we are sold on our new 'go to' place! Oh, and while crowded, it was not intrusive... __________________________ Very, very crowded. Good seafood, but steak was stone cold by the time it got to the table. Shrimp and calamari were outstanding and a good value! Service was slow due to a packed house, but either staffing and/or kitchen need more efficiency...

Very nice dinner but actually was good on only one side of the restaurant. Steak tasted different.

Server Kayla was very attentive and friendly. My husband and I had a Philly cheese steak and French dip. They were the best we've had there, so spoke with manger to pass along our delight with our meal and server. Thank you Head cook Kyle!

I have some food allergies and I didn't have have any issues. French onion soup and my 6 oz sirlon steak was delicious. Highly recommend their strawberry coconut mojito, I stared with a glass and eventually got a pitcher of their mojito, so good!

A nice local restaurant with large selection of food items, I had a steak and it was seasoned great and cooked perfectly. I had it with a baked potato and crispy Onion Rings. It was a great combo of flavors and great service.

I ordered a full meal for delivery. The ribeye steak was absolutely delicious. The delivery time was originally close to an hour. But because I am a very generous tipper, my food arrived within 25 minutes. Miller Ale House uses DoorDash or Uber Eats for delivery. Word to the wise, the lower the tip; the longer your delivery takes.

Upon entering, my server Hannah was both attentive and communicative despite how busy she was - hosting, running a giant to-go order to the front, and packing it up. She even kindly let me select my table anywhere in the whole well air-conditioned restaurant even if it wasn’t in her section, a nice, sturdy, clean, comfortable booth fitting up to six people by myself so I could watch one of my favorite NFL teams, after the Jaguars of course, on a Monday Night after a long hard day of work with very little time to eat. I tend to love Miller’s Ale House all across Florida and Jacksonville after years of working late nights in restaurants and love that they are still open even after my shifts have ended. Over the years my priorities have changed and though I no longer partake in the “Ale” part of Ale House, I’m glad I can find a healthy meal after a gym session or after work or on the way home. The steak was cooked to temperature and they had all the ingredients they needed for my sides. She was able to take my order right away and had all my needed sauces and utensils ready, as she let me run to my car to grab something I forgot, and my food arrived shortly after. Despite the upsetting loss of my team, the level of effort and professionalism she showed was the difference maker in my experience tonight. I was so used to inattentive bartenders and servers that are too busy closing or chatting to other tables or even each other that I ended up running late getting back to work midday even though it was down the street or increasingly too tired to drive home late at night, not being glued to her phone the whole time. She was not overly hovering allowing me to focus on my studies. My to go order to my family back home, though complicated, was accurately and considerately packed and timed according to the time of my leaving in order that it remain hot and cold in my separate temperature preserving bags, and was also cooked to temperature. The manager on duty, Sharron, runs a tight ship. Hannah’s professionalism and level of effort is a reflection of his leadership. I had even seen her running out to the parking lot to return an item left behind, just in time! You’ll catch me here driving past the two closer to my house to catch the NFL or during my break requesting Hannah’s section! Having recently received a blessing, she even kindly checked with me before financially expressing my gratitude as to her level of service. Honest and hard-working. Even considerate of her kitchen staff all wanting to go home.
